Project Overview

This property is located in Portnablagh and was designed by Michael Friel Architectural Design & Surveying. It is a storey and a half and has a balcony area to the front of the property, on the first floor. The exterior finish is natural stone and smooth render. All the old dry-stone walls surrounding the property were rebuilt and the natural stone was incorporated throughout the inside of the property’s walls too. It has a solid oak staircase and semi solid oak flooring in addition to oak internal doors, skirting and architrave throughout. It has an open plan design on the first-floor with natural light coming in from all directions. The property has fantastic sea views and the surrounding area was finished with decorative Donegal Quartz from Muckish Sand & Gravel.
