Project Overview

This property is located in Dunfanaghy and the renovation was designed by Michael Friel Architectural Design & Surveying. We renovated the property from a bungalow to a storage and a half upside down layout design. This means the bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living area are upstairs. This was to maximise the sea view and surrounding landscape. The balcony area was incorporated to the first-floor level. The property underwent major changes, it was completely stripped back to bare walls. It was re-wired and plumbed to the current standards. All new windows were installed in addition to insulated metal roofing panels. It got a K-rend exterior wall finish and air to water heating system.
