Project Overview

This property is located in Portnablagh and was designed by Michael Friel Architectural Design & Surveying. It has spectacular views overlooking the Sessiagh lake and a smooth plaster render exterior finish along with composite exterior cladding. We gave it an open plan kitchen, dining and living area situated on the first floor of the property. All the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and we formed shuttered concrete exterior stairs which lead to the first-floor balcony. We finished the property’s surrounding area with decorative Donegal Quartz from Muckish Sand & Gravel. It has an air to water heating system and underfloor heating throughout.
