Project Overview

This new build was completed in Portnablagh and was designed by Michael Friel Architectural Design & Surveying. It was constructed over 2 levels into the ground and made of shuttered concrete, steel framing and concrete blocks. It has an air to water heating system with a K-rend exterior wall finish and natural stone. It has a natural slate roof, a bridge style design which connects both wings of the upstairs and a ridge window/skylight construed into the roof. It also has a balcony area to the front of the property which is located above the garage. The surrounding driveway and yard were finished with a high-standard bitmac, granite cobble stones and granite cut kerbing. It has a panoramic sea view over the pier.
