Project Overview

Here is a new build we completed in Downings designed by Michael McBride Architectural Services. We completed a concrete and steel frame construction, adding zinc metal roofing and cladding. We used natural stone and the materials were carefully selected to blend in with the surrounding landscape. We constructed over 3 levels into the ground. We formed concrete stairs which were constructed by Denis Diver and designed by Civil Engineer Michael Carr from Carr & Company Architects and Civil Engineers. This project was designed to maximise the panoramic view. The project won the concrete society’s elemental category award in 2017.
