Project Overview

The property is located in Marble Hill and was designed by Michael Friel Architectural Design & Surveying. We completely stripped the property back adding all new electrics, plumbing and metal studding partitions were erected against the original stone walls to assist in creating internal insulation. The exterior finish was natural stone incorporated with K-rend as we had to match in new stone with the old original stone exterior finish. We installed Georgian style sash windows and added a flagstone patio area to the front. The living area was added to the original building with a slider door facing sea views.
