Do you offer free quotations?

Yes, we do. We can visit the property/project at a time that is convenient with the client and go through the work that is required, then, we will get back to them with a quotation. Do you help with the application process of construction/project Section 47?

Yes, we help liaise with the architect, council members and local area for proposed construction.

Can you source the materials and manage the required works?

Yes, we can source all the required materials. We have built solid relationships over the years with the top suppliers all around the country. This allows us to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently, due to adequate sources.

Can I view your previous construction projects?

Yes, we do this on a regular basis. We have built excellent relationships with our previous clients. Because of this, they are usually very willing to show off the projects we have completed for them.

Is there a waiting list?

This depends on the size of the project. Therefore, you will need to contact us directly to help you with this query.

Do you carry out architectural drawings?

We do not carry out our own architectural drawings. However, we can refer you to a competent architect who works closely with our company.

Do you manage the full construction project process?

We do. We can manage your full construction project from start to finish. We can provide a turnkey service.

Can I make changes to the construction process?

Usually. This depends on whether the changes/modifications fit within the scope of the project. Some changes may require an additional fee. For example, if they require more time or additional materials. We are willing and strive to work with the client to solve any change of works throughout the process.

Do you provide a clean-up service for the construction project?

We do. We always try our best to minimise debris and general waste during and after the construction of the project. We work with a professional cleaning team who help with the final handover also.

Do you do any construction works outside of Donegal?

Currently, we are only carrying out works within the northwest region of Donegal but please do get in touch if you have any queries.
