Project Overview

The property is located in Letterkenny and was designed by Architect Frank Ennis Assoc Dublin. We were subcontracted by JK Services Dublin. We demolished some of the existing walls and striped out the toilet blocks. We also removed the existing ceilings and floor coverings and installed new decorative and coffered suspended ceilings. We constructed enlarged toilet blocks, added a new cold room and installed internal draining to the toilets and bar. We also added new sound proofing drylining to the common hotel walls. In addition, we stained and sanded down the existing woodblock flooring and fire lined all the structural columns.
