An Upside Down Layout New Build
It was a new build story and a half upside down design. This means the bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living areas are upstairs. This is to maximise the sea view and surrounding landscape.

Really Amazing!
Could not recommend Noel and Stanley highly enough. I have worked with many builders over the years and they are the most pleasant efficient builders I have ever worked with. They come on time, listen to what you want, are excellent at problem-solving and are men of their word. They are also fair in their pricing and have very modern up-to-date ideas. They took the roof off in our house and had it rebuilt with joists in 3 days so the house did not get a drop of rain in it!
